To trim candle wicks, carefully cut each wick with a pair of small scissors or a wick trimmer. For best results and for safety purposes, trim wicks when they're at room temperature. If you forgot to trim the wick before burning your candle, for example, let it cool down before cutting it.

Delivery to PO Boxes may take 3-7 business days and to APO/FPO addresses may take up to 30 business days. Orders are not processed on federal holidays.

Orders with upgraded shipping & handling services are subject to verification. Orders with more than 100 items may not be eligible. Upgraded orders placed after 2 p.m. ET Monday - Friday will not be processed until the following business day. Saturday delivery is not available.

All sales are final. If you wish to make a change to the Products you have ordered please contact us via our Contact Us page who will let you know if the change is possible and, if it is, any changes to the price of the Product, the timing of supply or anything elsewhich would be necessary as a result of your requested change. You will be asked to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change. If the change cannot be made, or the consequences of making the change are unacceptable to you, you can cancel thecontract. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the right to make changes to the Products you have ordered may not apply to perfumes andcandles as these Products are made to your specification and have been personalized. Orders for perfumes and candles may not be cancelled under section 24.2or 24.3below. 

A Product will be your responsibility from the time it is shipped to the shipping address you provided.

The Products available on the Site, and any samples thereof we may provide to you, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the Products or samplesyou purchase or otherwise receive from us.

We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order to be filled or Products to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.
